With Project Online JBS Succeeded in Visualizing Projects in the Mid-term Business Plans
Overview
JBS announced a three-year mid-term business plan starting FY2014 last year. In Aug. 2014 JBS moved all the group companies into Toranomon Hills Mori Tower as a showcase of "New innocative work style office," and successfully implemented Microsoft Project Online last Dec. to manage various projects which drive forward the corporate mid-term business plans by visualizing each project. They've begun to see some benefits as planned by taking advantage of cloud computing.

- To realize office environment to encourage internal communications among employees and management structure to leverage professional functionality
- To strengthen the collaboration among team members involved in projects for the mid-term business plans
- TMarketing Division, nominated as a group of pilot users, started using it to visualize business and for better business operation
Microsoft Partner of the Year 2014 in Two Categories
JBS received two category Awards, “Collaboration and Content Competency Award” and “Management and Virtualization Award” at Microsoft Partner of the Year Award Ceremony.
Receiving “Collaboration and Content Competency Award” was in two consecutive years. JBS was recognized for providing collaboration solutions with SharePoint as well as providing system operation solutions using System Center, which boosted the sales of Microsoft related products.
