Of all our employees, 76% are engineers, and they support the digital transformation of customers. JBS has strengths in Microsoft products, with a total of 4,810 employees with Microsoft certifications, including three MVPs.
We also operate the JBS Training Center, a dedicated training facility for employees. It provides content adapted to the latest technology. Anyone can receive the necessary training at any time, creating an environment in which employees can improve their skills to the maximum extent.
