CRESCO is an independent system integrator leading the digital transformation. CRESCO has three major lines of business, application development, IT infrastructure system architecture, and embedded systems. Through integration and merger CRESCO has grown rapidly in the past decade to expand its business as well as the number of employees 2.4 times larger. But problems regarding internal communication have been identified such as lack of cooperation among offices or floors, and high external cost incurring to change dial-in numbers at the time of organization change.
CRESCO decided to install Skype for Business Cloud PBX feature of Office 365 to resolve the above-mentioned problems.
