The JBS headquarters are based on the concept of being a “Cloud Park” where innovation is created by the “latest cloud solutions combined with connections among people.” Equipped with large capacity seminar rooms, a large LED panel area, and the employee cafeteria, Lucy’s, it is a place where communication and collaboration are born as people gather and interact.
Workplace – Pursuing a Comfortable Working Environment and Improving Productivity
The office employs a hot-desking system and a full cloud environment that allows for diverse and flexible working styles, enabling employees to work anywhere as long as they have access to the internet. In addition, all employees are provided with portable PCs and iPhones, as well as Microsoft’s AI generating service, Microsoft 365 Copilot. By providing the latest system environment, JBS strives to make it easier for employees to work and improve their productivity.
Employee Cafeteria Lucy’s – Stimulating Communication

Lucy’s is a restaurant operated by JBS as a first-class dining establishment that dispels the conventional notion of an employee cafeteria, improving employee engagement and deepening relationships with customers and partners. In addition to Lucy’s Tokyo at the Tokyo headquarters, JBS also operates Lucy’s Osaka and Lucy’s Nagoya at its Western Region Office and Central Region Office, respectively. In addition to lunch and cafe menus, the restaurant also offers dinner menus, so people can use it throughout the day. It is a JBS communication place that creates connections both inside and outside the company through food in various situations, such as after work, returning from where you are permanently stationed, or dining with customers.

JBS Training center
" The JBS Training Center " is a dedicated training facility for employees to improve their skills. In addition to training at the time of joining the company, employees can freely take a variety of training courses to improve their IT, business, and people skills. Recently, JBS has been offering a hybrid of the training center and online training. Employees can also enjoy a drink at "Lucy's CAFE," which is used by a variety of employees on a daily basis.
