Japan Business Systems, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato Ward, Tokyo; President: Yukihiro Makita; hereinafter, “JBS”) started provision of Managed Cloud for Microsoft Azure, an operation service that supports the safe and secure use of the Microsoft Azure (hereinafter, “Azure”) environment for companies.

The main features of this service is as follows.

  • First, it organizes the customer’s environment into an “easy-to-operate” environment
  • Combines the operating functions of Azure with a third-party operation monitoring tool selected by JBS, thereby achieving operation monitoring in the optimum environment for the customer’s system

Customers can use a dedicated portal to contact the JBS staff in charge, which makes it easy to ask questions and submit work requests. JBS engineers who possess know-how in Azure are in charge of all support from the contact point that accepts customers’ requests to the staff assigned to perform the work. In addition to daily operational support, JBS also provides advice on creating a better environment and introducing/expanding systems in the future.

Monthly Fees : Base fee of 50,000 yen + 50% of Azure monthly usage fees

The usage fees for Managed Cloud for Microsoft Azure can be billed together with the monthly usage fee for Azure. This is done by taking advantage of JBS’s position as a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) partner.

Customers who are beginning full-scale use of Azure can trust JBS to handle everything, including processes such as strategy planning, planning, construction, and migration. Based on the know-how cultivated in managed security services for Microsoft 365, JBS plans to enhance our content to cover security.
