Advantages of Sukeraku for Microsoft 365 When Scheduling
Step1 : Scheduling for internal participants and securing of tentative plan
Conventional scheduling method
Outlook calendars are arranged side-by-side and users must visually search for free time. As a result, it takes longer to find free time for meetings with participants who have a full schedule or for meetings with many participants.
When using Sukeraku for Microsoft 365
The Outlook calendars are reflected in the service calendar, and a unique Recommendation Function is used to specify candidate dates and times. This makes it easier to find free time.
Conventional scheduling method
When scheduling an event that includes participants from outside the company, it is first necessary to block the schedule of internal participants. As a result, time and effort is required to manually create a tentative plan.
When using Sukeraku for Microsoft 365
Candidate dates and times can be selected by dragging. A tentative plan is automatically created for the selected date and time, and the plan block is automatically completed.
Step2 : Scheduling for outside participants
Conventional scheduling method
It is necessary to exchange emails starting with proposal of the candidate date. This is a time-consuming process. If you do not receive response, you will have to send a reminder.
When using Sukeraku for Microsoft 365
All handling for scheduling is completed within the service. You can set a response deadline, and the service will automatically send a reminder before the deadline.
Step3 : Scheduling confirmation, contact, and cancellation of tentative plans
Conventional scheduling method
When there are multiple participants (multiple companies), it takes a long time to confirm the schedule while comparing the replies.
When using Sukeraku for Microsoft 365
The participants’ response status can visually confirmed on a single screen, so the date and time of the event can be known immediately.
Conventional scheduling method
You have to send an email confirmation.
When using Sukeraku for Microsoft 365
All steps from confirming the schedule to sending information are completed on a single screen.
Conventional scheduling method
Once the schedule has been confirmed, it is required to cancel the tentative plan.
When using Sukeraku for Microsoft 365
Once the schedule is confirmed, the tentative candidate dates are automatically canceled.
