JBS Started Providing the Teams Add-on Service “Regular Meeting Assist for Microsoft Teams” to Support Smooth Meeting Operation

Regular Meeting Assist for Microsoft Teams aims to maximize meeting results by reducing the burden on staff responsible for the management of regular meetings, thereby making it possible to concentrate on the meeting itself.
Background of Service Development
Since 2019, JBS has been providing the “Facilitation Support App metis sofie” (hereinafter, “metis sofie”). metis sofie has been used as a service to support smooth facilitation by collecting and managing all meeting information in Teams; for example, the meeting purpose, goals, agenda, decision-making matters, and tasks.
Customers who are using metis sofie often utilize the service at regular meetings, and JBS has received many requests for enhanced functions related to regular meetings. In response, we have added new functions for even more comfortable use and relaunched the service as Regular Meeting Assist for Microsoft Teams. The service is now equipped with various functions for support before, during, and after meetings. For example, we added a Meeting Minutes Approval Function that was requested by users.
Mitsubishi Research Institute, Inc., which possesses in-depth knowledge on committee management in government offices and the meeting management process in PMO operations, cooperated in the development of Regular Meeting Assist for Microsoft Teams. The results of advance usage as part of the DX initiatives “Think Tank DX” operated by Mitsubishi Research Institute, Inc. were used as reference when enhancing the functions. Regular Meeting Assist for Microsoft Teams is intended for people who have trouble managing meetings.
