JBS Acquired “Azure Expert MSP,” the Highest Rank of Certification for Microsoft Azure Partners

On March 31, 2022, Japan Business Systems Inc. (Headquarters: Minato Ward, Tokyo; President: Yukihiro Makita; hereinafter, “JBS”) announced that it had acquired Azure Expert Managed Service Provider (hereinafter, “Azure MSP”) certification. This is the highest rank in the Microsoft Azure (hereinafter, “Azure”) Partner certification program.

Azure Expert MSP is a program in which Microsoft certifies partners who possess a particularly high degree of expertise in services related to Azure. Through a two-day audit by a third-party organization, candidates are certified by passing a rigorous screening based on universal evaluation criteria. The audit items are reviewed regularly, and JBS is the first partner in Japan to obtain certification through the new audit format.

Candidates must prove that they have a record of contributing to the success of their customers’ business through services based on CAF(※), which brings together best practices. Specifically, they must prove their record of deeply understanding their customers’ business processes and determining how to strategically utilize cloud services to achieve even further success. Candidates must have demonstrated support in all areas ranging from consulting to system design, introduction, and operation after introduction.

Approximately half of JBS’s employees possess Azure certification, and our company has provided Azure services to a large number of customers.
