JBS Enhanced Its Training Services for Corporate Customers
Who Wish to Utilize Microsoft Power Platform for Internal Production

Japan Business Systems, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato Ward, Tokyo; President: Yukihiro Makita; hereinafter, “JBS”) has started offering “Step-up Training for Microsoft 365” for users and “Operation Management Master for Microsoft 365” for administrators. These training services assist corporations in reliably spreading the use of Microsoft Power Platform(*) (hereinafter, “Power Platform”) inside of the company.

• What is Microsoft Power Platform? : A low-code development platform for introducing required business mechanisms by linking with and expanding the functions of applications such as Microsoft 365 Apps and Microsoft Teams.

Power Platform enables on-site employees themselves to internally produce business automation using low-code development. Fast reform is achieved by having employees themselves create and use functions required for business.
However, it is possible to perform on-site work even without automation, so it is difficult for employees to understand the merits of automation. On the other hand, when providing an environment for using applications produced internally by employees, a variety of risks will be encountered if the administrator fails to prepare by considering how to conduct operation and management. Unlike other systems, Power Platform is a product that is first used by preparing an application to be used after introduction. Therefore, it also requires appropriate measures as the scope of usage expands.

In order to skillfully use such a product and make it an indispensable system for a company while maintaining a balance between freedom and management of use, simply understanding the product capabilities is not enough; instead, it is also important to understand precautions when conducting operation and management. Operation Management Master for Microsoft Power Platform is intended for administrators at corporations that have introduced Power Platform. In the training, administrators systematically study important points and learn to put that knowledge to actual use.

This training is for users and aims to encourage them to incorporate Power Platform and other Microsoft 365 products into their work. JBS maximizes the training effect by ascertaining the customer’s situation in order to plan and provide the optimum training plan.
