Reflecting feedback from customers currently using Sukeraku and enabling access to the application with a single click from Outlook

JBS started providing Sukeraku in December 2021. It has been well received as an application that facilitates scheduling. We received feedback like the following from customers who have been using the service since its launch. “When communicating by email, it is troublesome to adjust the schedule after having closed the email screen.” “I want an easy way to perform scheduling from Outlook.” In response, JBS has made it possible to start Sukeraku from Outlook with just a single click. This enables fast scheduling from the email screen.
