JBS Releases e-Learning Materials for Learning Everything From Basic Operation of Copilot Microsoft 365 to How to Create Prompts

Japan Business Systems, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato Ward, Tokyo; President: Yukihiro Makita; hereinafter, “JBS” securities code: 5036) today released e-Learning for Copilot for Microsoft 365, video-based teaching materials that enable effective business use and establishment for users of Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 (hereinafter, “Copilot for Microsoft 365”), a generative AI function for corporations. These materials consist of 10 - 20 minute videos and texts covering everything from the basics to specific usage scenarios that lead to improving work efficiency with Copilot for Microsoft 365. The total learning time for these materials is approximately 10 hours. The materials are also equipped with a function that allows business administrators to grasp the learning achievement rate of in-house users.

The material consists of four parts, Basic, Usage, Prompts, and Copilot Studio, targeting all users within a company that has implemented Copilot for Microsoft 365.

• Basic
  Gives users an understanding of the necessity of Copilot for Microsoft 365 and motivates them to use it, while gaining an overview of the functions of Copilot for Microsoft 365. Additionally, it enables users to learn basic operations in combination with each Microsoft 365 application such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word. This Basic chapter is based on the contents provided in the Copilot NAVI collection of hints offered by JBS to establish use of Copilot for Microsoft 365.
• Usage
  Teaches usage methods for Copilot for Microsoft 365 by usage scenario. Specifically, it provides hints to improve the accuracy of responses from generative AI using usage scenarios such as checking e-mail/chat, creating a proposal, analyzing order data, and creating meeting materials. JBS plans to keep enhancing video contents corresponding usage scenarios after the release.
• Prompts
  Teaches the basics and applications of the concept of prompts (instruction and questions entered when using Copilot for Microsoft 365). It also teaches how to use the online app Generative AI Prompt Assistant Web Version which allows anyone to generate prompts to gain highly accurate responses with just a few clicks.
• Copilot Studio
  Introduces how to use extensions for customizing Copilot for Microsoft 365. It teaches how to create an AI chatbot and release it on a website and how to adjust the information search range for chatbots.
