Service Overview
AIplicity is configured of two parts, an AI chat and internal data linkage (RAG), powerfully supporting the use of corporate information and streamlining operations. AIplicity thoroughly protects your precious data with a secure configuration and safe governance function. You can streamline various jobs and use internal information effectively just by communicating with AIplicity. It is constructed within the Microsoft Azure tenant for which customers have a contract, so data is stored under the customer’s own management.

Chat (Basic Function)
We provide the basic functions of a secure AI chat assistant by combining various Microsoft Azure services with Azure OpenAI Service as the core. Management and logging functions also meet the governance requirements of companies.
GPT Model
The latest GPT-4o and GPT-4o mini can be used.
File Attachment
AIplicity will respond based on attached text files and image files.
Management Functions
We provide functions for administrators in corporate use such as UI interface customization, user authority management, and chat data confirmation.
Linkage with Microsoft Teams (Optional)
Additional function to link AIplicity Chat and chat from Microsoft Teams.
Internal Data Linkage (RAG)
We provide RAG functions, where an AI chat assistant answers based on external data. By simply specifying the content of your current SharePoint Online or placing a document file in Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, AIplicity will respond based on internal information such as management information, HR information, and general information according to your level of authority.
Function Configuration
It is based on RAG technology. The service provides the following functions: the ability to import and index document files and content on SharePoint Online, the ability to generate search queries from chat messages, and generate answers based on the search results. It also provides customization functions for administrators.

To ensure that you can continue to use AIplicity safely, we support Microsoft Azure updates, browser updates, and improve standard functions.
Remote Service Desk
- Does not include prompt creation support or operation explanation for end users.
Maintenance Center
- Does not provide on-site response.
- Does not respond to infrastructure configuration changes implemented by the customer.
Common to Remote Service Desk and Maintenance Center
- Response hours: 9:00 - 17:30 weekdays (excludes weekends, holidays, and 12/29 - 1/3)
- Does not accept inquiries from end users.
- Does not provide information other than on already released AIplicity functions.
