Service Overview
The Ideathon for Microsoft 365 Copilot takes a value co-creation approach to provide a workshop following a program based on design thinking, which starts from empathizing, defining, and ideating, to prototyping and testing for customers’ potential issues.
What Is a Value Co-creation Approach?
With this approach, with the facilitation of JBS customers proceed with discussions to generate ideas and co-create new value to solve problems.
Instead of a lecture-style training, customers implement the identification of operational problems to generation of ideas through a workshop.
Service Details
Following the five steps of design thinking, the workshop proceeds by organizing potential issues in personal operations and then generating ideas for business improvement measures, with JBS working side by side.

Empathize | Identify problem Share problems among group members through group work and identify the problems you empathize with most. |

Define | Dissect problem Learn about job theory which analyzes people’s purchasing behavior to dig deep into the problem and define the issues that need to be solved. |
Ideate | Think of solution ideas Use generative AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, etc. that are effective for idea generation to generate ideas to solve the issue. |
Prototype | Create a concept sheet Create a concept sheet that compiles the ideas for solutions in a document. |
Test | Presentation and feedback Reflect on the solution through group presentations and feedback from participants to polish the idea generated. |
