We set KPIs and define measuring methods: We clarify the vision of the work style that you want to realize through a work style reform, the concept to achieve that vision, and the KPIs to evaluate the effects. Based on a common vision and concept, the HR, IT, and general affairs divisions work together to realize an effective work style reform.

We measure and visualize the degree of establishment and effects: We consider and define ways to quantitatively and qualitatively measure KPIs. Adding HR data to the log data for IT tools obtained as input, we compile graphs by attribute, such as organization, office, or persona, and visualize the usage situation of tools and their effects.
