Training Structure

We provide various educational opportunities to support the continued growth of our employees.

    For new graduate employees, in addition to the introductory training course, we conduct second- and third-year training as an opportunity for employees to reflect on their growth and gain additional knowledge essential for the next steps of their career. Additionally, we provide level-specific training to strengthen creative thinking and leadership skills vital to their roles. We also facilitate management and leadership programs for select section and department heads, to bolster business contribution.

    Expert Skills by Job Type

    We focus on the professional development of engineers and provide a wide range of courses from project management to cloud, security, and network technology. For the products of Microsoft, a key partner of JBS, we provide opportunities to acquire the latest technologies through specialized training in products such as Microsoft 365 and Azure. We also provide training for sales associates to acquire the necessary knowledge for handling various solutions.

    Basic Training

    We regularly provide training for all employees in personal information protection, ISMS, insider trading, harassment prevention, and other essential knowledge for the workplace.

    E-learning

    We grant E-learning (LinkedIn Learning) accounts to all employees for self-education in accordance with their own interests and needs regardless of location.

    Certification Support

    In order to support and encourage the growth of each and every employee, we have established a certification support system. Under this system, JBS covers the examination fee for specified certifications and offer level-based incentives as a one-time payment upon completion.

    JBS Training Center

    JBS has an employee-exclusive training facility with a maximum capacity of 200. In addition to new graduate recruit training, we offer a wide range of courses for technical skills, sales skills, business skills, and more. The training center is equipped with PCs and other devices for hands-on learning programs. Located a few blocks from the company headquarters, it is easy to access even during work hours, and providing online as well as in-person training allows for those working at regional offices to join as well.

    Onboarding

    JBS places emphasis on onboarding so that employees who are new to the company can acclimate to the environment quickly and make full use of their skills. In addition to brother/sister and advisor programs in which established employees support new hires, we hold trainings every quarter for mid-career recruits to promote a low-stress integration.

    Brother/Sister Program

    In this program, new graduate recruits are each paired with a mentor (in charge of OJT) who personally instructs them on their workplace duties. Senior employees (brothers/sisters) paired with new graduate recruits support them in developing their work and business skills.

    Advisor Program

    An employee in the same department is assigned to mid-career recruits for a predetermined period as their advisor. The advisor supports them with in-house networking and workplace integration to assist adjustment to their new environment as soon as possible and fully utilize their current skills.
